  • The text adheres to the stylistic and bibliographic requirements outlined in the Author Guidelines.

Abstract


The abstract should be italicised, times new roman 12, single line spacing, justified, word count maximum 250. It should contain a brief introduction, research design, sample, problem statement, research question, methodology, data analysis, result, theoretical framework (if any) and conclusion. If it is an expository paper, it should contain a brief justification for the write up, the criticality of the issue being addressed to the field, theoretical justification, implications and novel idea you intend to generate – it could be in a form of proffering solutions, developing a model. Then draw a conclusion for the write up.


Keywords: important words from the article. Separate each word with a comma, unbold each word, not italicised.  


Introduction


Relevant background information about the article should be given in the introduction. It should also state how the article will be presented. Times new roman, 1.5 line spacing.


Body of the Article


Give a capturing sub-title to this part of the article. It should contain relevant literatures supporting the article. Succinct information about the research design, sample, problem statement, research question, methodology and data analysis should be written interwovenly, not separated under different subtitles. If there are figures and tables, include just the important ones. Tables with similar information could be merged. All tables and figure should be placed appropriately within text. Explanation should follow corresponding table or figure.   If there is a theoretical framework, it could be addressed connectedly as part of this subtitle or given a different subtitle. It should have an important relevance to the article and should be discussed as it is employed in the article not just reported from source.


Discussion of Findings


Summarise the result of the analysis and draw out significant findings. Support with relevant literature. Draw meaningful conclusions.


 Implication


From the conclusions drawn, bring out research implications


 Expository paper


 It should contain a justification for the write up, the criticality of the issue being addressed to the field, theoretical justification, implications and novel idea you intend to generate – it could be in a form of proffering solutions, developing a model. Then draw a conclusion for the write up.


 References


Follow the APA format latest edition. References that are not cited in-text should be removed from this section. References should be up-to-date.


 NOTE: kindly follow this format strictly, your article should be submitted looking like the above. All entries that do not conform to this format will be sent back to the correspondence. Only conforming articles will proceed for review.


Plagiarism Check: kindly avoid copy and paste, paraphrase any copied text any reference properly, indications of plagiarism like hyperlink, different formats, background colours should be avoided. Plagiarism level of 20% above will be outrightly rejected.
